naptime and bedtime poll

a. When does your dc wake up from his/her last nap of the day?

B. What time does DC go to bed?

 

My dd is up from 4-4:30 and in bed from 7:30-8pm lately. Used to be a bit earlier for both. (I'm just a little concerned that dd is pushing her PM nap back too late, which is pushing bedtime back, thus pushing AM wake up back, and the cycle continues....)

DD gets up anywhere from 3-4 and goes to sleep between 7-8

DD is usually up for 4-5 hours between her last nap and bedtime. She's really stretching it though, and fighting sleep lately! But normally she wakes up around 5 or so and goes to bed around 9:30.

usually between 3 and 4pm and goes down for bed between 7:30-8 usually. She usually wakes up around 7am, though the last couple mornings has been 6:15 - ugh.

Usually between 5-5:30pm and then goes to bed around 8-8:30pm...I wish DS would stretch it a little longer but he starts scrubbing his eyes and getting super cranky around 7:30pm.

but the past week he has skipped his last nap and he has been a bear!

2-7 is a loooooooooong time for us
