XP: Anyone have the Eddie Bauer Wood High Chair?

We do and love it!  We wanted it for the same reason - we loved the dark wood and it looks so much nicer in our house.

I had some doubts when we registered for it because I had read some not great reviews, but we have had no problems at all.  DS loves it, it is easy to clean, light and looks great.  I cannot tell you how happy we are that we don't have a ginormous plastic high chair in our kitchen!

Thanks guys! I love the way it looks and it would be much nicer than a plastic one. I was scared to buy it though b/c their bassinet seemed to be junk when I looked at it in the store

We registered for it but retured it after receiving it and purchased the Graco Classic Wood High Chair instead. It has even less plastic and looks nicer IMO. You might check out that one too!

I wish the graco one came in a darker wood besides cherry I do like that one too

We have it and its OK. I love that it fits into the style of my house, but it does have some draw backs. It doesn't recline, which at first would have been nice, but doesn't matter now. We never use the padding because it get dirty and needs to be washed all the time. The finish wears off when I wipe it down (maybe its because I use diaper wipes?) It nic's really easily and we have only been using ours for many 4 months. Now having said that - I'd probadly buy it again.
