Babies: 9 - 12 Months

He made it through, and is fine!

UPDATE: Quentin's viral infection that lasted since Tueday is gone. The 24 hour fasting recommended by his pedi did the trick. The virus he had fed off food, and without it, it dies. He woke up this morning happy as I have ever seen him. He is eating normal food today, and looks so relieved. Thank God!

  • OHWOW.  How are YOU doing?

how did you manage 24 hours without feeding?  Was the screaming horrible?

  • Were you just BF him? I'm glad he's feeling better! Can he pass the good feelings to Evan.

He was miserable. He was only allowed water and pedialite...that's it.
He wanted food SO BAD, and looked sad. He cried, and whined, and just wanted me to hold him. I had to rock him to sleep about 9 times last night. It was so hard.

Babygroves- No I don't BF anymore. He eats solids and formula usually.

  • oh good, I'm glad to hear Big Smile
  • I am glad he is better.  Man, that must've been hard!
  • Oh good! I am so glad he's doing better. What did you wind up doing for Thanksgiving?

DH watched Quentin while I went to my mom's Thanksgiving at 2pm, then I came back and I watched him while DH went to his mom's Thanksgiving at 6pm. It worked out well, but I was sad Q never got to go. : (
So, my mom froze him some leftovers so he can have them later.
