So if I want to try this this month, when do I start drinking??? Or do you suggest capsules???

Do I stop after ovulation??

    I drink it starting at CD1 and I stop after O.  I drink a couple of cups a day.

    I switch to decaf after O.

    CD 1 until O.  I just started this cycle and WOWZA it totally helps with EWCM.  From what I've been told it you have to stop after O because it can interfere with implantation. HTH
