RP: Trip to the ER

So DS felt awful yesterday... he was completely not himself sleeping all day, eyes rolling back, whiny to every movement. DH and I just thought it was contributed to teething and a cold he caught from daycare.

I went to pick him up at 3am, and he was burning up... completely hot to the touch even through his clothes. He had a temp. of 103. I called the Pedi and was sent to the Children's Hosptial ER.

Turns out our little guy has Bronchitis. I feel so awful for him, I want to soak up all of his pain and discomfort. It's so crappy knowing your little one is sick and they look up at you with their little eyes wanting you to fix it and you can't do anything to make it go away.

Awww...poor little man! My DS had a horrible viral infection (vomiting/diarreah) for 5 days straight, so I understand.
I hope he feels better soon!

Poor baby (and mommy)....I know how you feel. Spent two days in hospital with baby in the beginning of October...Can't wait for cold and flu season to end!!!
