Oatmeal to increase supply?

Has anyone heard of this working?  I am on Motherlove Fenugreek as well, and pumping after half of my feedings...

I don't really have a supply issue, but I wanted more output when I first started pumping. After eating oatmeal and drinking 1-2 glasses of water, I was able to pump a lot more than before. I think the water is important, too.

Oatmeal does work...yum oatmeal cookies! 
Also, try upping your protein, I mean seriously upping it.  All you snacks make sure have a decent amount.  Make sure you are in fact eating regularly too...and of course plenty plenty of water

I agree with pp's.  However... when I had 2 good servings of oatmeal a few days in a row, I started to smell like maple syrup.  It did help my supply though!

I just like oatmeal so I frequently eat it for breakfast. I always feel fuller (in the breasts and the tummy!) on the days I eat it.

It helped me.  I saw more of a difference when I ate two packets than one.  The bars and cookies help give you some variety.
