Babies: 9 - 12 Months

o my crap! where is my a$$?

it has disappeared!  I just was looking at myself in the mirror and I have a mom butt :(  it used to be so nice and round, now it is flat and saggy.  how can I get it back? squats?

  • I have noticed the same thing. ?I used to exercise regularly pre-pregnancy but haven't really gotten back into a routine. ?I think that with most of the weight I've lost has gone any muscle tone I ever had! ?I did some lunges and squats yesterday...sore today...feels good!
