Hey ladies (especially STM+) - looking for some reassurance. I am 11w4d today. Around about 10 and a half weeks I noticed a lot of my symptoms gone. I know others have posted about symptoms never being present but mine we present and then not there anymore. I'm just wondering when all of your symptoms started going away. Is this too early? I have my first ultrasound on Friday so I am trying to not freak out too much until then, but I can't help questioning if I should be more worried.

Stomach bug

Ugh...so I woke up this morning with a full blown stomach virus. I am absolutely miserable, and worried about my baby. I have no desire to eat, and don't really want to drink. I know I need to, but can't really even think about it. Hopefully none of you ladies have to feal with this.

Does anyone else have a subchorionic hematoma? Mine was diagnosed at 8weeks and I have been bleeding everyday since. Varying degrees. This was a surprise pregnancy and I was so excited but now I am afraid to get excited. I have good u/s 2x and will have another on Wed. to see how things are. I have a 50 percent chance of m/c. Please tell me I am not alone because I feel like I am.

my OB recommended the flu shot so I got one today. My OB didn't have any so I got the regular one from my regular dr (and yes, they knew I was pregnant). I didn't ask if it was thimerisol free and didn't worry about it at first since my OB said any flu shot other than the mist should be safe. But...I have anxiety. Which causes me to stress and worry about everything. So I am totally second-guessing my decision and wondering if I should have waited. Anyone else have this shot during the first tri in this pregnancy or a previous one? I just need some reassurance that I made the right decision. (Trust me--I am absolutely not anti-vaccines in the least--just kind of kicking myself for not getting this done before I got pregnant).

My favorite is that the prenatal vitamins I'm taking are crap. I'm sorry? Do they not have folic acid in them??

Not a good idea for someone who's preggo vicious right now! I love hearing positive, feel go stories. Can't we just stick to those? Lol.

Morning sickness

I have a 15 month old son and had terrible morning sickness. This time around, it hasn't been that bad, my question is have any mommies had less morning sickness in a pregnancy and had a girl than they did with a boy (specifically if the boy is older)? Thanks!!

I went for my US today and baby stopped growing and no heartbeat. Im pretty devastated, i was holding out hope that this time would be it. I go back tom to speak to my Dr. Im likely going to do the d&c again because they mentioned the sac being large.

I know you lovely ladies will be great mommas, hope to join you one day.

I updated about it this morning in the weekly appointments thread, but now its official..I'm no longer an August 17 mama :'(
I'd been having cramps this whole pregnancy, and honestly something has felt off the whole time. I was supposed to have my first appointment today, but I started spotting last night and it got worse this morning. My doctor told me to go to the ER and the ultrasound measured a 5 week old baby with no heartbeat and hcg levels of 3000. I tried every single way to calculate if there was any possible way I was only 5 weeks, but just couldn't make sense of it. I knew in my heart that my baby was gone. They told me to come back in for have hcg levels redrawn on Wednesday, but after I got home I truly "miscarried". It was the most horrifying thing of my life, and I pray that everybody else's babies stay sticky. I'm blessed to already have one son, and I know the future holds bright things. Wishing all the rest of you a happy and healthy 9 months.

Has anyone heard, tried, or asked their doctors about this yet?

I have been recommended this by several friends and I am thinking about asking my OB about it on Friday at my appointment. I am pretty weird about medications in general and will only take something if I'm desperate, even when I'm not pregnant, but I have 2 other kiddos and a husband who need me to be a functioning human, and right now I'm just not.

This is my third pregnancy and I was so excited going into this healthier and more fit than I've ever been, and wouldn't ya know, I've been sicker than a dog! Haha!

I had very little nausea with my previous 2 pregnancies, and this time I am nauseous all day long. I haven't thrown up, but I almost wish I would because the constant nausea is terrible!

Just wanted to know if this is something that has worked for you!

ok the past few days I've noticed my breath tenderness is fading. Now I woke up and they do don't hurt anymore and don't feel as full! I'm so sad and scared my body is telling me something is wrong! This has been one heck of an emotional roller coaster since I found out I was pregnant. I really don't feel pregnant now and I'm so upset (7weeks 2 days)

I read online you can bit into a garlic clove to help with pain. Anyone try that?
