For those without betas in their siggy, do you remember what your betas were and on what days piui or pt you got them done? I've looked at betabase but feel like it's more realistic with you ladies in the community. Mine seem a little high for a singleton but a little low for multiples so I'm just trying to prepare myself for next week's 1st ultrasound and driving myself batty.
Me (37) DH (39); PCOS changed to Unexplained, changed to DOR in 2012 (finally a correct diagnosis!);
Started TTC 2009 with RE after 6 months.
Clomid + Trigger x2;
IUI + Femara x1,
IUI + Follistim x2;
IVF #1 (MDL) February 2013- BFN.
IVF #2 (antagonist) May 2013, First BFP of my life.
Identical twin miracle BOYS (!!) headed our way- due date is technically 2/4/14 but c section is scheduled for 1/7!

Mine are in my siggy but as follows:

Did you try changing the age range in betabase? It seems to narrow down the numbers a bit (at least in my case). My betas are shockingly close to the twin numbers on betabase - which is why I am very anxious for my u/s!

Ultrasound at 6w2d revealed two sacs, though only one was still growing. RE thinks we lost the twin between the first and second beta which is amazing to think there were twins at all with betas so low to begin with.

BFP #3: 10/2011 ectopic 11/2011 (right tube removed, learned left tube was probably nonfunctional due to scar tissue from infection after m/c)
3 failed IUIs, IVF #1: 18R, 12M, 10F, 3 poor quality 5d embryos transferred= BFP #4!!!!!
Betas: 9dp5dt: 64 ~14dp5dt: 91 (expecting miscarriage, doubling time of 236 hours) ~16dp5dt: 200~18dp5dt: 500
First Ultrasound at 6w2d revealed two sacs, only one with a heartbeat
LK arrived after 42 weeks on August 14, 2013! Beautiful, healthy, and happy!
TTC#2: IVF booked for April 2015
Surprise BFP#5 February 19, 2015 EDD: November 2, 2015
Betas: 10dpo: 10, 14dpo: 77, 17dpo: 270
First Ultrasound at 5w1d showed a miracle UTE baby! And right ovary ovulation to left fallopian tube.
JD arrived at 38 weeks on October 20, 2015.
TTC #3: Since October 2017. BFP #6 July 2, 2018 EDD: March 16, 2019 [/spoiler]
My 1st beta around 14dpo was 287, and I have a singleton. It's hard to tell from your beta's what you've got in there. I would assume it's a singleton, but I've seen twins from lower numbers to so who knows!

April/May- 50 mg Clomid + Ovidrel + IUI #1= CANCELLED left ovary ovulating
June 1- 100 mg Clomid + Ovidrel + IUI #1 = BFN
June 28- 100 mg Clomid + Ovidrel + IUI #2 =BFP!
7/12 Beta #1= 14 Beta #2= >5 Chemical Pregnancy
July-Nov long break to recover emotionally and financially
Nov 24- 100 mg Clomid + Ovidrel + IUI #3= BFN
Jan 22- Gonal-F + Ovidrel + IUI# 4 = CANCELLED no response on right
IVF #1- Start stims 4/7, ER 4/20, 21R, 14F, 6 frosties, ET 4/25, 2 embryos transferred= BFN
FET #1- June 2012, Lurpon starts 5/27- CANCELLED
FET #1 take 2- August 2012, delayed until Sept-CANCELLED
FET #1 take 3- ET 10/11, 2 embryos transferred,= BFFN
FET #2- Transfer 12/4--Cancelled, no embies survived thaw
Next steps-- IVF #2 with new RE in March
HOLY SURPRISE BFP 2/15/13!!!! Beta 1- 286, Beta 2- 782, First Ultrasound 2/25- baby in uterus & all looks good!
Mine are in my siggy - at 10p5dt it was 21, 12dp5dt - 31. I don't think that there is any way to know what is going on in there until you get the ultrasound
My betas were all really high, and when I spoke to the nurse this morning she said she thought there were two but he could only see one!

EDD: 1/21/14... Induced early at 36+6. Our little girl was born 12/30/13

This happened to me too, but at our 6 week u/s last week the tech only saw one. My betas were as follows:
14 days piui - 113
16 days piui - 353

5/07 - DD conceived naturally cycle #1
8/09 - Started TTC #2
11/10 - BFP!
12/10 - MC (Chemical Pregnancy)
2/11 - IUI #1 with clomid & trigger = BFN
5/11- Switched to a Fertility Specialist, Dx with low progesterone and annovulatory, several rounds of
clomid = BFN's
4/12 - Exploratory Lap, Dx Stage III endo
5/12 - 7/12 - Lupron injections to suppress AF and reduce scar tissue
8/12 - Surgery to remove tissue, uterus and tubes clear!
9/12-12/12 - More BFN's!
1/13 - Referred to an RE
2/13 - IUI #1 with injects and new RE = BFN
3/13 - 4/13 - Break due to cysts
5/13 - IUI #2 with injects (125ml bravelle + trigger) = BFP!!!
EDD - 1/23/14
14dpiui - 81.1
16dpiui - 134.5
18dpiui - 58.1
23dpiui - 2369 (he did a 4th when I went for a followup - preparing for a m/c and I told him AF still hadn't shown up and didn't even hint like she would).
I may not be a great example...my RE really thought this baby wouldn't be viable and had me come in for an u/s for three weeks straight. At first he thought it would be ectopic. She is our littler miracle, but I just can't help but feel that beta #3 was messed up.
