So, for a little while now, I get a bit crampy after sex. Not a big deal, and something I don't always notice. Well, I googled it today since I was curious. One girl on some random medical board described it as being "too full" and that if you pee before sex, you won't feel that.

It's better to pee after sex, not before. Having a fuller bladder before helps your chance of having an O, and you should always pee after to help reduce the risk of getting a UTI.
