Has anyone ever used this? Supposedly it helps regulate hormones, I have issues with mild anxiety, wondering if anyone has used this for that, or any other reason. If you have used it, did you notice a difference? TIA!

I haven't used it for anxiety but I used it after my 2nd miscarriage and my cycle was back to normal within a couple of months (as opposed to 6-7 months after the 1st one). It could totally be coincidental but it seemed to work for me.

blinnea23 I actually take it and have been since last summer. My Mom has been buying their products for years and years. You may message me for info if you like. It has saved my PMS symptoms. I know not everyone believes in taking vitamins but it has helped me a lot and I will continue to take until I am pregnant.
This isn't just like taking a daily multi-vitamin, if it has Vitex in it then it can seriously screw with your hormones.
Vitex contributed to my fucked up cycles, so good luck with that "taking it until you're pregnant" thing.
I wish this was at least a good thread to resurrect. I hate these bullshit 'balancing products'. What are you balancing? Do you even know what needs balanced? No? STOPPIT THEN!
@cruelsound - I love your new siggy! Your kids are so adorable!
Do you think it would be too crowded if I added this?
PLEASE add that and then post as frequently as possible so I can see it on a regular basis. I probably just laughed longer and louder than I needed to.
