Would love some opinions; we haven't told anyone we are pregnant yet, so I am unable to bounce ideas off friends and family. Our three-year-old is Liam James, named after a relative who passed due to Leukemia years ago. We've since fallen in love with strong Irish boy names, so we tend to migrate toward those in looking for a sibling name. We've tossed around Rowan Elijah, but would love some feedback. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!
Rowan is nice. Are you looking for boy and girl names? Boys -- Declan, Finn, Conner, Nolan, Patrick, Gavin? Girls -- Fiona, Bridget, Erin... I'm stuck.
I have a 3yro named Liam too! Fits him like a glove! His middle name is Patrick and we say both names so often since he's always into something that I think Liam and Patrick go great together! ( : my older son is John but we call him Jack, so I think both go great with Liam.. Just my opinion! Congrats by the way! ( :
My friend has twin boys, their names are: Taidghe & Deaghlan
I am not Irish, but my husband has always wanted to name his son Donovan (family name), we are having twin boys and it looks like we are going with Donovan & Dillon.
Wow; some really, really great ideas here! I love Finn, Flynn, Declan and several others you guys suggested. I am a teacher, so finding an name without a negative connotation is often tough. I also love Quinn, but am worried about how often it is being used for a girl now.

Oh my gosh; we ALMOST named him Liam Patrick. I think it's such a precious name. We just kept the middle name in honor of my spouse's relative that passed away, but I think Liam Patrick flows incredibly well.
We have a Reed which is more English but DH is Irish and he gets next pick for a boy and his top choice now is Sullivan. I also have a nephew Kellan. Other names I like are Boy: Kieran Rhys Thomas Seamus Finnegan Carrick Eoghan-my top choice
Love Maeve and I LOVE Rory. Too bad my husband is Mexican and teases me all the time about naming our LO something outside our "culture". (I call my background a mutt, no distinct nationality) Our DD is named Olivia, thankfully it goes between Spanish and English easily.
