boy or girlan u tell by thid pic

My dr did an us frid the 13th and pointed between the legs and says well yoir having a boy....isn't 13 weeks way to early to tell? By the us picture hubby and I comparred it to our sons and the boy parts look the same...I still think it's to early but dr said it was 100% a boy and my hubby seems to agree idk What to think I will wait for my 18week us but can you all see the penis as well........???
