Bulging sac ?

Went to the doctor today I'm due tomorrow the 13th. The MW said I was completely thinned out, she stretched me to 3cm, and said my bag was bulging. What does this mean? Should I be expecting to see my little boy anytime soon?
What can I do to go into labor? I'm miserable & ready & the doc has mentioned him being on the bigger side! Help!!

Yes I did, I don't completely understand what the bulging of the sac is she explained it, but I don't quite understand. I was asking so maybe someone on here went through the same thing with their previous pregnancies. And my MW want give me any info on how to try to progress, that is why I'm on here asking for OPINIONS OR ADVICE not for you to be a bitch. Thanks (:

I asked my doctor how I could speed things along and she suggested this...

I've been doing it non-stop since she told me and I think it's working. In fact I think I am going into labor right now!

You're right, OP. @Henderson1026 made a slight mistake. This is our house, and we've made it pretty clear you're welcome to find the door at any point, since we've given our advice.
