Woke up this morning to see the return of AF. 12 weeks PP. ughhhhh!!!

Anyways, I was googling if it can affect milk supply and I came across an article saying it can also affect baby's sleep! Well no kidding, because DS was awake every 2 hours last night.

I also read that the hormonal changes make the milk taste salty. Oh great.

Sorry about your hormonal changes. Maybe it isn't a milk issue at all - is it possibly a swaddling issue??
