Ovulation Pain?

Just curious! When you ladies experience ovulation pain what does it feel like?

What I would assume would be ovulation pain...is sharper pains to one side unlike my AF pains which are crampy all over. But again unless you are charting it is hard to know for sure if it is ovulation pain.

GTKY. What's your favorite summer time snack? Right now fresh cucumber from the garden and dip!

Sharp and crampy type pain on one side or the other. It lasts about 36 to 48 hrs for me, so I'm not really sure at what point in there I actually O.

GTKY: Fresh seasonal fruit, esp Bing cherries.

Describe away! I've read up a bit on this and mostly I hear it can last for hours or even days. However mine is only a minute or two. Last month it was on the right side, this month the left. It reminds me of a gas pain except closer to my hips.

I so wish cucumbers could be my favorite! Haha. I've been stuck on goldfish and cheese related snacks the last few days. Not healthy in the slightest.

When you ladies experience ovulation pain what does it feel like?

I actually have sharp pains on my sides. Not sure why but mine last for weeks on and off. I've mentioned it to my dr once because years ago I had cysts a lot and it worried me that's what it was. A few exams and ultra sounds later .... Nothing. Guess this is just my normal.

And maybe a GTKY. What's your favorite summer time snack?

I LOVE snowballs!!! Spearmint with extra cream.

I may be eating cucmbers but when you slather them in dip that whole healthy thing kinda flies out the window!

I have pain before, during, and after ovulation. In general, it's not really like period cramps. It feels more like a heavy ache. Like something inflated and is putting pressure on everything around it. I also get pain on my left side that feels like someone is grabbing my ovary and twisting it.

Gtky: Hmm I don't know. Maybe ice cream.

I get one sided pain plus menstrual like cramps. Sometimes my lower abdomen feels heavy and full, not like gas pains but just heavy. Sort of hard to describe.
Fav summer snack - watermelon

for me it feels like a dull ache.

Mine always felt like mild cramping/pinching. My cramps during the 2WW were always far worse.

Favorite snack is celery sticks dipped in hot sauce.
