Pt appointment

After having to reschedule my physical therapy appointment, I was able to get in today. I have been having muscle spasms in my left shoulder. This isn't new to me, just this time I haven't been able to take the medicine I usually do. It turns out that my left side is weaker than my right. I am going to PT 3 days this week and 3 days next week. The evaluation went well, they made accommodations due to my pregnancy so I did things on my side instead of stomach. The only thing they wanted to do but didn't was put stimulation in the area. So I need to use ice at home instead of heat.
