Royal baby!!

She's finally in labor!!
I'm not going to lie I'm a big sucker for a royal baby ; who's with me!? And where can I watch good coverage with updates or will they keep everything under tight wraps until the baby is here?

    I hate to be a spoilsport, and I totally get that others are excited, but can we contain all "royal baby" talk/updates to this thread today? I was supposed to be a late July momma, and it's really hard to see so much focus on this birth when it's exactly when I thought I'd be having our rainbow. I don't know how other July 2013 loss mommas feel, so this could just be me, but it's tough to see it. (For some reason, it's very different than our July mommas here posting.)

    Sorry Rosie. I know the feeling. I'd just returned to TTCAL when they announced she was pregnant, so I'm with you.

    Plus, I love the royal family, but I think some things are sacred and they belong between the family. I feel bad that she's had nosy reporters stalking her for months and camping outside of the hospital. I wish they were able to do this in peace.

    I'm sorry it is hard for you, hopefully if anyone sees the post title and they feel sensitive about it they will pass over the post. I don't want anyone having hurt feeling over a post that is supposed to be fun/positive.

    This is me too. I was due with my twins Wednesday and also have a July 2012 edd, so I've been trying to avoid all "royal baby" news since December.

    Oh, hon, don't worry! I totally understand that it's a fun post, and I get why people are excited about following the developments. And this is definitely a logical place to talk about it! My comment was just for other ladies posting on the thread so that maybe updates throughout the day (and excitement about them!) would be kept here.

    Thank you so much for all the hugs, ladies! I'm doing really okay, especially considering that I am both a July 2012 and July 2013 loss momma. I feel so fortunate and blessed to be pregnant with this little Button this July, and I'm trying to focus on that instead.

    (As a little side note, I totally remember getting up in the wee hours of the morning to watch Charles and Diana's wedding, but I have zero recollection of William's or Harry's births. Has media just hyped this royal birth insanely more?) 

    I feel the exact same way rosie! I can totally get why it would be talked about here, but am hoping there aren't a million posts. I've been avoiding royal baby talk as I was exactly one month behind her. It's tough to see it in the media so much as a reminder! ::hugs::

     

    All of this for me as well, my EDD is in 7 days. Keep it condensed to this one post and have fun chatting about it!
