I took the kiddos for a nice long walk at the petting zoo yesterday.
Yesterday we demo'd our sunroom.. I'm counting that as a workout.
After swinging a sledgehammer and hauling bricks and other materials out to the dumpster I'm left wondering.. how the heck are so many construction guys fat?!?!

I lost 1/2 a pound this week, which isn't bad considering I stopped WW now since my membership ended and I didn't feel like signing back up!
