Cut baby finger- help!

Dh decided to cut DDs nails and clipped the skin on the end of her finger is there anything I can do to help? He feels terrible and she keeps crying out in her sleep. I put a little neosporin on it to protect it and help it heal. Any other ideas?

    Aw! I bet he feels worse than she does. It probably isn't too bad. I would cover the finger if you out neosporin in it in case she sticks it in her mouth. She will likely forget all about it. Just give her some extra snuggles.

    I did this to LO the other day. I think I took it harder than she did... just give LO extra love!

    I did this and I just put a little liquid band aid on it. She was fine and it healed really quick. I think I cried more than she did!

    Just dont use a bandaid on the finger, they can chew it off and choke!

    We did the same thing. My hubs felt like the world ended and he was just an awful person. I honestly think it hurt us worse than the baby. It healed up great and all has been forgotten well hubs won't cut his nails ever again :p but tell him he isn't the first :
