Excema or allergic reaction?

DS has 2 small spots on his chest that are red and dry/flaky looking. It looks like Excema to me, and that runs in my family unfortunately. But I've also tried a new food this week, peaches, and I'm wondering if it could be an allergic reaction instead. Is there any way to know? I stopped giving him the peaches and plan on waiting a day or two to see if they go away. I just really really hope he doesn't get Excema bad if that's what it is.

    The eczema could be part of the allergic reaction.

    Try putting some coconut oil on the patches.  It should clear it right up.
