Ten [Annoying] Things Thursday

I'll start:
1. Mosquito bites.
2. Anything before 6AM.
3. PM page outs.
4. Periods. It was just sooo nice not having one.
5. Everyone-I-Seem-To-Know-IRL's constant need to have the TV on as background noise.
6. I bought pants that actually button last week for my birthday...they're loose and need a belt. -___-
7. Cuticles.
8. There's construction going on next door at work and it would appear that there's been an abandoned port-a-potty. Le stink.
9. Coffee that's gone warm.
10. Lists.

3. When I wear through the little rubber sole on my heels and the nail sticks through. I must drag my feet too much because this happens often.
4. People who block intersections while driving. It's so selfish and inconsiderate.
5. Gray hair and acne at the same time.
6. People who cut their fingernails at work.
7. Retail stores that close before 7 PM.
8. Hemorrhoids. Just, geez, go away already.
9. When I know DH is at his phone but he does not respond to a text or email. I don't want to be that annoying wife saying, "Taaalk to meeee!, but I just want him to answer me.
10. This list. In looking at it, it makes me seem pretty bratty. These are all FWP. I know that I have a lot to be thankful for because I have good health, a car, home, and a great husband. So maybe I am annoyed at myself for not being more grateful and for letting these things annoying me.

7. One size being too small and the next too big
8. People who yell when talking on the phone

6. How quickly baby clothes are outgrown
7. FI's hangover; I think it bothers me more than him.

2. I can't work and nap at the same time.
3. My air conditioning sucks.
4. Mobile bump's punctuation issues.
5. DH being OOT in NYC all week.
6. Fox News
7. The check engine light in my car.
8. My boss, the bigot.
9. Concealed carry
10. Grocery store parking lots.
1) bickering with dh
2) bickering with DH every single morning
3) LO waking up screaming every half hour all night long
4) how much the bag I carry on the way to work weighs (feels like 30 lbs. probably 5 lbs)
5) not being able to find a gym I can access
6) feeling immensely guilty about thinking of accessing any gym rather than spending time with LO
7) when my parents ignore direct instructions on how to care for LO ( do not, for example, put her in a bassinet padded with rolls of towels and blankets when she is 2 weeks old)
8) being characterized a controlling or not clear headed or a first time parent -take your pick - when I reaffirm to parents or ILs that I just said "don't do that to LO" ( e.g. Give medications without my permission. Feed her formula just ahead of my time to nurse her and the demand and explanation for why that is a problem. Promise friends that they can babysit my child without asking me first)
9) daycares that won't provide references or schedules....or care guidelines....verbal or otherwise
10) all of the people I work with who have taken 4+ weeks of vacation in the last 10 months - in our team of 9, that would be 6. One just decided to take 7 weeks and gave a week's notice.

I do this. Why don't you like this? Is it because people take too long when TRYING to do it? Because yes, that's annoying.
I can do it faster than parking straight away. Can I still do it? Please.
You must have awesome hearing! First the squeak of cotton balls and now the crack of people's jaw.
I have bad hearing, but I'm starting to think it's a good thing. LOL
Shower beers are the best! If you haven't had one lately, I encourage you to indulge yourself.
Not to be confused with beer showers, y'all. That would just be sticky.
