  Sometimes they won't go for a few days, it is normal for up to 10 days. Especially for breastfed babies since breast milk is digested easier and mostly nutrients so their bodies use it all up.

  I kind of wish my LO would take a few days off! He poops like 10 times a day. It's a load literally on laundry and diapers. My DS1 called him "baby Pooper" when I was pregnant so I guess it fits.
  
  As for OP, I believe this can be normal so wouldn't worry.

  It just worried me because it was such a drastic change from the norm.

  Any change in your diet? Maybe extra dairy or something that would effect her? Also, it's not how long between poops that is considered constipation, but what comes out of them when they finally do go. Realistically, they can go daily but if its a strain and very hard/pebble like, they are considered constipated. If she seems uncomfortable I recommend youtubing infant massage for constipation. There are videos that teach you how to rub on LO belly and get things moving. DS was very constipated after a formula switch and we tried the massage and he was going within minutes. Good luck!

  DD had a change in her poops this week as well. She used to have one big one daily. Now she has one big one every 2 to 3 days. Not sure if this is her new normal or it was due to the busy week we had. Either way I try not to worry because it was still the same consistency. Haha.
