LO became clingy!

My DS is not a clingy baby... Or wasn't until 2 days ago.

It was the day he just wouldn't sleep. He slept a total of two hours from 7:15am until 9:30pm. He would fight sleep when held but if you put him down he'd wake up after about 5 minutes.

He slept fine that night. Then yesterday he slept literally all day. He only woke up for a couple minutes at a time and slept ALL day. He'd only sleep in his bed or swing for about 20 minutes though and then as soon as you pick him up he'd fall back asleep.

He had trouble sleeping last night because of it. Now today he is only sleeping if mommy is with him. He will not sleep for my mom or for daddy but passes put the second he's in my arms. I have put him down a couple times and he'll sleep for 20 minutes or so.

Does this still sound related to development? I'm just confused by what's going on.

    This is my LO exactly. Drives me crazy. I'm not sure what causes it but momma needs to figure it out soon!

    My girls doing this too me! So frustrating.. hope it gets better soon. Fir both our sakes

    This is something new though. He has always slept great in his swing or pnp during the day. This has only started he last couple days. He has been asleep in his pnp now for 2 hours so maybe he's coming out of whatever was going on.

    Must be a phase my little guy started about a week ago screaming bloody murder when I would go take a shower. Poor DH. He only wanted mama. Last two days have been better though.

    That's my son too. dH can hardly hold him. He won't let me put him down for naps either. Ugh....
