uterine fibroids

I had my first U/S and it was great, but they said I had a lot of fibroids in my uterus muscle. But im asymptomatic, so they said they'll just monitor them. Anyone have experience with theses. Does it complicate vaginal deliveries much?

    I had one show up at my 20 week scan last time and it didn't pose any problems.  She basically told me about it and then brushed it off.  I had a normal, vaginal delivery, too.
