18 mo. Stats?

Hi- I usually lurk here, but I was wondering if anyone else was in a similar boat.
DD's ped unfortunately passed away in March.
. We saw the new ped on Friday for her 18 month wellness.
Here are her stats-- 24 lbs and 31 inches tall-- so at around the 30th percentile at which she has always hovered.
The one surprising stat was her head circ-- it was only 17.5" which the ped said was at the 5th percentile. We have not ever had her head measured aside from the day of her birth, I think, so I don't know if she's always just had a small head.
Does this seem odd to you? Ped wasn't concerned-- she just mentioned her head was on the smaller side.
I am sure I am overthinking this. Wouldn't be the first time.

Clomid/Femara cycle #1 - 6/10 = BFN
Clomid/Femara cycle #2 - 7/10 = BFP #1 - Missed miscarriage 9/2/10
11/12 - BFP #2 - 11/22 - m/c
5/1/11 - BFP #3 - Pre-eclampsia, IUGR & bed rest from 32w. DD born via induction 1/4/12.

Clomid 100mg 6/4/09=O'd=BFP on 6/29/09! Beta@14DPO 70.8 Beta@16DPO 152. EDD 3/7/10.
First u/s on 7/13/09 @6w0d heard and saw heartbeat 102 bpm.
K M #1 arrived via c/s 3/1/10 10 lbs, 22 inches long at 39 weeks.
