    What sick individual would think this was a good idea?  How can one's brain even form a thought process around it?

    Same. Just awful.

    I was too distracted by the strawberries and chocolate sprinkle pubic hair, I didn't even notice the chocolate sprinkle butt hole at first, LMAO!

    I think I would have thrown up on it...no one wants to see that in person...why wouldn't ANYONE want it on a cake? Some people are just nasty.
