Not telling family or friends the baby's name because I don't care to hear what their opinions on it are, but I am curious to hear what you all have to say.

This was my thoughts as well. I would choose a different middle name unless it has some sort of family meaning to it.

Ian is just because we like it, and Eric is homage to a family friend that passed away young and I didn't really want to use it for a first name.
