Sky Sophia

Shae is a name we both like. My 6 yr. old DD brought up Sky. She has picked Sophia as a MN which we all love and it is also a family name. Last name starts with a J and rhymes with Lincolns.

I like Shae so much better in general but I also think it pairs better with both Sophia and Ryann.

Is your DH Shane? If so, I wonder if it will sound really close when saying names out loud. That isn't necessarily a deal breaker. Shae is really cute, I like Sky too.

Yes, he is Shane. We don't mind the similarity, we actually really like it for a couple reasons.

Sky is my preference, but I have pronunciation issues with Shea.

Sky Sophia...sky wisdom...reminds me of the goddess, Athena.

Sky is okay, but I really like Shae. I just like it a little better in general, but I also like it paired with Sophia better, and it pairs better with big sister Ryann too. I vote Shae Sophia.

Thanks everyone! I think we will go with Shae and Sky if we ever have a girl and decide later. We will go with Corban and Xander for a boy and decide.
