Glucose test rules

I have my Glucose test next Tuesday at 230pm. What are the rules before hand? I've heard you should limit carbs, juices, etc. I always start my day with eggs and toast and usually have a carb for lunch since I'm on bed rest and am limited in options. Should I try to just eat veggies and protein all day?

Every clinic is different in their rules. You should ask your physician.

My doctor said to limit sugar the day before and have a light breakfast like toast or a muffin but not a bagel because its a lot of carbs. She also said to make sure there is 1 hour between when I eat and when I go in for my test and drink the drunk.
