DH just got home and I wasn't able to shower all day due to a fussy baby. So after I finished feeding her I gave her to him and went to take my shower. My shower turned into a long bubble bath for some relaxation and what do I hear as I'm sitting in the tub? A crying/screaming baby and my DH saying "Emery, stop. Stop crying. Just stop." FYI my LO is only 2 months old! I couldn't help but laugh!

Ohhhh is THAT how it works?! Damn, I've been doing it wrong.
"I wanted you more than you'll ever know, so I sent love to follow wherever you go."
LOL. I'm glad I'm not the only one who's DH does this! DH does the "what's wrong", he also holds her and tells her "Daddy loves you, why are you so upset?"
My DH walks and bounces or rocks DS, but its weird. It's like he doesn't quite have the rhythm right and he looks really awkward and a bit feminine. Which is funny, because he's such a manly man. I've tried to take a bath only once and before I even sat my fluffy self down in the tub, both of my kiddos were crying with DH. It was like zen when I left them 5 mins before and then all hell broke loose. Law of nature I guess.
I think I am yalls husbands. I'm always trying to reason with DS and ask what the matter is. My line is "you are dry, you are clean, you are full, your momma loves you, what is there to be upset about?"

Mine was a mess yesterday, too.
I put DS in his bouncy seat but my H just lays him down on a towel
