Right now I've had to force myself to put away fun fiction reading so I can focus on getting two final papers written. I love Mercedes Lackey and Piers Anthony, but haven't read them in a while. I was reading The Hobbit to my nephew, our agreement was that if we read through it together then I'd get him the movie. Also, a couple months ago had picked up "The Once and Future King" again until I was reminded that I had missed out on the Outlander books. So I started Outlander about a month ago and breezed through it in about a week, and dove right into the second book, Dragonfly in Amber, and ate that up in about a week also. I am DYING to get into Voyager, but alas we're in the process of moving to a new apartment AND I have two short finals due by 7/10. After that, I'll indulge in an escape into Voyager. My husband has been bugging me to get into the Dresden books, and I eventually will, but not until I've satisfied my Outlander appetite.
What are your favorites?
