Question about trigger shot

I did my first Ovidrel cycle this past month.  How many days after they inject are people getting AF?  I already have a BFN, but I injected 14 days ago.  I know it can take up to 16 + days, just trying to get an idea of when to expect this.  I am nervous my next cycle will start right before I am going out of state for the 4th, and I will be needing my ultrasound appointment.  Thanks for any info!

2002- Diagnosed with PCOS at 18
10/11-10/12 - tried to conceive naturally with Metformin, due to PCOS never had a cycle
10/12-12/12 3 cycles of Clomid - fail
6/13- 1st cycle on Clomid 50mg, Metformin, Follistim, and Ovidrel- BFN
7/13 2nd cycle on Clomid 50 mg, Metformin, Follistim, and Ovidrel 1st IUI - BFN

9/13 4th cycle on Clomid 50 mg, Metformin, Follistim, and Ovidrel - Benched with Cysts
From 12/13 to current I have ovulated 4 times naturally
Currently on break to get healthy.... 35 pounds down, 13 to go!

    I got AF 17 days after the Ovidrel shot both times.

    5/4/13-IUI #1=BFN,  6/3/13-IUI #2=BFN, 7/1/2013-IUI #3=BFP!!!

    Age: Me 26, DH 27, Married Oct. 10, 2009 ,TTC since March 2012
    Problem: Irregular menstruation, unexplained
    Nov&Dec-Provera because of no period after 35+ days
    First RE appt 1/10/2013
    Tests: TSH (normal), Prolactin (normal), SA (abnormal)
    Hysteroscopy (normal) and PCOS labs (negative/normal) 1/15/2013
    2/1/13- HPT BFP but Beta Hcg was negative
    Plan: Femara + Trigger + IUI in April if no real BFP before then Bloggy Blog!

    If you took the shot 14 days ago then you are only 12dpo.  It can be another two to four days before AF shows up.  Personally I always start bleeding at 12dpo because of my LPD but if you have no known progesterone issues and a strong ovulation - then I'd expect AF on Saturday or Sunday making the best time for your baseline cd2-4 being Monday to Wednesday.  Hope you're able to get it in before you go out of town.  Otherwise, while it may suck - just sit out one cycle and be back to treatment next month.

    No, i'm not taking any progesterone supplements.  I am hoping this starts soon, We also have vacation the first week of August, which is most likely when our subsequent cycle would start.  So if this cycle doesnt work we will likely have to sit that cycle out, so I am very hopeful for this cycle.  Also, I turn 30 this month and how cool would it be to get a positive on your birthday?  I know, putting the cart before the horse, but I can still be optimistic, Right?
