Post partum period

I started the pill 6weeks pp, have had really bad cramps from then till now 9wk pp and when I was supposed to have a period I only cramped and spotted a little. I was on the pill for 3 years before pregnancy and always had a period when I was supposed to. I only breasted for 3 weeks. Is this normal? Possibly pregnant somehow?! ???? (Jk lol) but seriously freaking out that I'm not getting a period cause it feels like I am on it already because of the cramps.
