Since we all like to talk about the stupid things friends/coworkers/family/strangers say to us, let's hear some of the comments that actually make us feel good!
I had a meeting at a coffee shop yesterday and got some hot water for the tea I brought. The person behind the counter noticed my bump and said to her coworker as I was walking away, "Oh, she's pregnant! How cute!"
Always love the "you make such a cute/pretty preg woman!" this weekend at my shower I got "you are the most in shape preg woman", that one made me feel really good and healthy about myself!
I am so thankful for my friends who have given day care recommendations even though none have panned out, it means a lot that people are offering suggestions on people they trust to watch their child.
A co-worker commented on how big my belly has gotten but followed up with "you can't even tell from behind." Which I will take as a compliment since my a&$ feels like it is getting huge!
I got "You really wear pregnancy well, I see the glow" from an acquaintance. The fact that I was all dressed up, had 3 days worth of self tanning lotion (And mascara) on at the time could have had something to do with that.
Livian Elizabeth and Alayna Marjorie! On their way to 3!
"You're all belly"nbsp;I guess that means I am not fat everywhere else...nbsp;
haha I had someone tell me this when I was about 17 weeks and had almost no belly yet. Still just looked like I ate too much. I figured she told me that just because that's what you're supposed to tell pregnant women lol
I was at a wedding shower over the weekend and was told by father of the groom that I was one on the cutest pregnant people he'd ever seen and he hoped that didn't make me feel uncomfortable that he told me that- pshhh it totally made my weekend. DH was rolling his eyes at me because I was beaming the whole car ride home.

I just got that one last week too- Even better since it came from a woman who generally lacks social skills!
A couple of my friends and family at different occasions have said "you don't look like you've gained any weight other then in your baby belly, you looks great!" Makes me feel a little better considering I've already gained 30 pounds!!!! And I feel that 27 pounds have landed in my thighs, butt, arms and neck! Made my day to hear them say that.
I meet my running group at the track every Wednesday night. Last week, one of my friends whom I didn't get to talk to since I just walk around now instead of running with everyone else, sent me a Facebook message that said I was the cutest pregnant person! I thought it was so nice and made my day!!
My favorite one yesterday was: wow! You look like you just swallowed a basketball ! Like PP said I have gained 28lb , that I feel is all in my butt, so it felt good:
DH is always telling me how adorable my belly is. And today when I got dressed he looked at me and said "you look so cute today!!".
I also overheard DH and SIL talking at Father's Day about how good I look. They didn't realize I could hear (they were in the next room) which makes it even better.
In response to my bed rest adventures people tell me I'm doing a great job, that they understand this can't be easy, how I'm already a good mama and doing a great job taking care of these girls.
My doctor said as I was leaving the room, "You don't look pregnant from behind!" I was so proud, my husband caught me in the bathroom trying to see what I looked like from behind for a good 1/2 hour.
At a friend's son's pool party on sunday everyone was saying I looked great. Seeing as I was super selfconcious in my baithing suit in front of everyone I really liked hearing that. One friend even asked why I "wasn't rocking the bikini because you totally should". That made me feel pretty good for sure.
We were at a birthday party this weekend and several people said i looked great, was "glowing," look beautiful and carry pregnancy well. Came away from that party feeling pretty well

Awww, I got this one yesterday, "You're still a hot tamale."
It made me happy because this is a dear friend with whom I have a very sarcastic relationship with where he and I always take playful digs at each other. It just felt good that he didn't go the, "you're so fat route" or something like that.
A lot of the comments PPs have mentioned are winners in my book and I've had friends and family who offer them once in awhile. My favorite comments recently have happened at the gym. I still resistance train and run, and I get a lot of "Nice work, mama!" and "You're a great example of a fit pregnancy!" While I appreciate the latter statement, I certainly don't feel like it most of the time, so hearing it is nice. ::mobile smiley::
I had a couple of people tell me this past weekend that pregnancy suits me/pregnancy looks good on me. Made up for the two asshats that asked me earlier in the week if I was having twins.
I'm told often enough that I'm "glowing" (I think this has more to do with my powder having some shimmer in it, lol). My husband recently told me I shouldn't worry about weight gain like I have been because it's "obviously all in my tummy" ...sooo good to hear. Lastly, this past weekend, I overheard my mom telling my MIL that I'm going to be such a great mommy.. it made my day!
My MIL said the sweetest thing the other day. I was telling her that totally screwed up the self tanner on my legs in an attempt to cover all the new veins, and that my legs now look splotchy and ridiculous. She says "Honey why are you trying to cover up your legs? Don't you know you're the most beautiful woman in the world?" ::mobile smiley:: I love that woman!!!

My husband says w/ pride "she's growing!" (referring to baby not my belly), and I think that's super cute.

One girl in the grocery store about a week or so ago told me how great I looked and my bump was cute.
