We have so many sleepers ... and LO never wears them. He wears a plain white onesie under a swaddle blanket pretty much every night. I can't figure out if or when he will ever wear these sleepers. I really should not have bought so much for this kiddo before he was here. lol
We keep our house cool at night but when I had LO in a sleeper too he was soaked in sweat. I wonder if we should try again now that we are really cranking the AC
She either wears a sleeper or onesie depending on where she sleeps. If shes in our room she will wear a sleeper bc my H loves the ac but if she's in her crib she will wear a onesie BC there is no ac in her room. We tried swaddling her but she hated it.
Mine sleeps in the footed sleepers. He hates being swaddled for long.
Same for my LO. Before it got really hot, we'd put the light cotton Halo sleep sack on also, but without the Velcro wrap because she doesn't like the swaddle. Now she's just in a footed cotton or terry cloth sleeper and is always warm enough at MOTN feedings.
My baby girl has been sleeping in gowns or sleepers since she's been home from the hospital. Sometimes she wears just a onesie if its too hot. What I can't figure out is why everyone insisted that I buy (and they buy) the baby so many side snap white t shirts. She only wore them in the hospital but she has not wore a single one since we brought her home. I now have an entire drawer of them untouched....??
Mine sleeps in lightweight gowns and wears sleepers if we are just lounging around the house without company. He will wear a onesie if it is warm in the house, but usually the AC is cranking. We rarely swaddle because he loves to sleep stretched out.
Naked in swaddle. Even with ac I. She gets sweaty.
Oddly enough I put her in sleepers to go out if I know we are going somewhere cold. Like the doctor's office
Cooler nights, a light cotton sleeper. Warmer nights a onesie. Pedi recommended a diaper and muslin swaddle yesterday. We don't have AC.
We had stopped swaddling because of sweating.
I also do the sleeper for trips to the doc, car rides since I blast the AC, etc.

I could have written the exact same thing. Mine slept in a onesie and a swaddle me early on, but now he doesn't seem to like being swaddled that much so he sleeps in just the onesie with a light blanket tucked around his waist. We live in the south and it's been incredibly hot. We keep the temp at 73 but our room is always warmer than the rest of the house. If he ever manages to sleep in his crib he will wear sleepers because it's freezing in there. I have a whole drawer of them and I'm sure he's about to out grow most of them. Luckily most of them were gifts so I didn't waste a lot of money on them.
A onsie and swaddleme. I wound up using newborn sleepers often because it was cooler than i expected her first couple of weeks. Now it's steamy hot. We have AC so I cover her with a receiving blanket during the day.

Sleeper for LO. He hates to be swaddled and no blanket because he kicks it up, sometimes covering his chest and head. We keep the ac on but he's warm enough.

3 snap tee and a swaddle me. I like being able to check his diaper through the little hole in the back. He wears gowns or sleepers around the house some and rompers out and about. We only have a few outfits, so we don't just lounge in them. Same for me.

LO wears a onesie day and night if we're not leaving the house. When she's sleeping if she's in the RNP I will lay a blanket in the RNP, put her in it, and then bring the edges up to cover her. That way she's warm but it can't move around and get in her face. She doesn't like being swaddled.
The only time she's worn a sleeper is out some place I knew would be cold like the doctor's office.
It's hot here so she sleeps in a onesie and a swaddleme. I have only put her in a sleeper once at night and she seemed way too warm! I'll never get to use my cute sleepers.....glad all of them were gifts!
Onesie and muslin swaddle. We keep our house cool but he always seems warm enough and in the mornings sometimes even a little sweaty. I also have like 10 0 to 3 mo sleepers that were given to me. And he prob wont wear any. A couple of them are fleece. If we weren't swaddling then he'd wear the lightweight ones, but he sleeps better swaddled.
She usually wears a sleeper when it's cooler outside, cause our house is typically cold to begin with. When it's hot out and the house is hot she just wears a onesie, then her sleep sack with both outfits.

Depends. If it's hot then just a onesie and swaddled in his A&A blanket. If it's chilly or the AC is way up, then a sleeper with his swaddle, and sometimes a hat.

short sleeve onesie and a cotton sleep sack. if he feels warm I leave the sleep sack upzipped at the bottom for ventilation.
our monitor has a temp gauge on it and it is usually 73 - 74 degrees in our bedroom at night.
