Cetaphil. It's excellent. My dermatologist loves it (uses it herself on her kids) and it's not stupid expensive at all.
I use it on myself too.
We only use Cetaphil. We tried a few different thing and this was the only thing that worked on DS's sensitive skin. Not too thick, not too thin. I swear by it.

Hands down winner at our house is Kiss My Face Olive oil, it's unscented absorbent and totally safe! Cetaphil isn't very safe, it scored between 3-4 (according to skin deep) depending on which variety used. That's not even as safe as my sunscreen!
