I'm eating Mac and cheese and hot dogs with my toddler .... I really need to make adult food even though this is really yummy!

    Chicken burritos! I make a casserole with shredded chicken, cheese, green chilis, refried beans, and salsa, then we wrap it up in tortillas with a little sour cream. Mmmmmmmmmmm!

    Totally wanting chicken pot pie now! Yummmm!

    I made homemade pasta with my new kitchen aid attachment. It was pretty fun family activity. We are having it with a fresh pesto sauce from basil leaves DS picked from the garden today! It was pretty tasty!

    Made gnocchi with pesto and sauted super greens for my DH and DS. Unfortunately, I'm too sick too eat any if it myself. Ugh. Is it August yet?

    My fiance's words during our meal tonight was "are you preparing for Teagan's (our LO, due 8/26) toddler years?" PSH! It was my favorite meal! Mac and cheese and turkey croissant roll sandwiches! It's so simple to make, and the croissant rolls give it a little sweeter of a taste!
