Trying to Get Pregnant

My dog had diarrhea all over my floor.

I came home to poop by the backdoor and a whole pile of pee and diarrhea on my living room floor.

  • On my hardwood floors.

And there's dried poop on my leather couch.

    Where's my flucking wine at?!

Do not feed him for 24 hours. Can have water. You want to rest his intestine track then give small meals for a day to get him back to normal. If it continues then might want to being a fecal sample to the vet for analysis.

He's quarantined from food right now! The cat food is on a table but my cat probably knocked it down. It's a self feeder so it was a lot of cat food.

He's still giving me The Guilty Look. Poor buddy. His tum tum hurts.

Also boiled plain chicken and plain white rice for a couple days after the fast. Then slowly transition back to regular food.

If he vomits up the water or vomits on an empty stomach he should be seen by a vet.

If the diarrhea returns when you add his food back in, at least check a fecal.

If there is blood in the stool see a vet.

Sometimes dogs can get pancreatitis from fatty foods and get very sick. Some breeds like schnauzers are more susceptible. If vomiting worsens even when not feeding him, his stomach is painful, and or pale gums he should be seen by a vet ASAP.

That being said often times are doggy friends overindulge have a tummy ache, some diarrhea and feel better on their own after a bland diet.

Good luck I hope you don't have anymore diarrhea messes!
