good news: because LO got me up, I could pump super early, which I am usually too lazy to get up to do. got lots out! good start, if earlier than desired.
Bad news - She has been breastfeeding exclusively for over 10 days, so I no longer get to sleep through the 6:00 am feeding while DH feeds her (and he conveniently forgets that he promised to give me a break in the morning before he goes to work).
Good news - She is exclusively breastfeeding at 2+ months, which I never thought would be possible when she was in the Nicu and I was pumping constantly.

Bad News: I'm super tired already today, G is unusually fussy for the morning time, and H is working late tonight so the day seems like it will stretch on forever.
Good News: I'm going to a breastfeeding support group at the women's hospital today. I'm hoping for some renewed motivation and enthusiasm.
Bad news: I've been up since 3 am... Over 7 hrs now. NBR: my dad is in the hospital.
Good news: J is developing so much. I'm having so much fun watching him. It's truly amazing. NBR: they are finishing up the floors in our new home next up cabinets!

Bad news, dd had me up all night fussing and spitting up precious breast milk. Then she was hungry so I almost went thru my entire small fridge stash. I don't know if I'm going to get it back.
Good news: this morning Declan woke up all smiles! It was great! He is focusing so well and smiles whenever he focuses on me.
Bad news: when DH gets up with him at night he falls asleep and they sleep in the recliner for hours before I realize he never put him back in his bed. Now he is starting to want to sleep in my arms all day long. Both good and bad.
Bad news: DS has been having trouble getting to sleep for naps.
Good news: I have a feeling this means he is ready to go to just one nap. This would make it a lot easier to coordinate with DD napping and eating schedule. I could get a chance to nap everyday!
Married to E on June 5, 2010

Gave birth to baby girl, A, on May 20, 2013
Baby #3 due April 29, 2015
Recovering from mitochondrial dysfunction and Addison's/possibly very severe adrenal burn out using food, medicine, and a large amount of garden therapy.
Good News: I'm going to a breastfeeding support group at the women's hospital today. I'm hoping for some renewed motivation and enthusiasm.
I went to one Monday night, for the sheer fact that I need to not be so anxious about being alone in public with him, and to really see if it could help swing my moods a little bit. It was amazing and absolutely what I needed, even though there was a tiny turnout. It was so nice being able to fire off my fears and concerns to people who were making similar baby choices or who had been there already. I hope you're able to get the support you're looking for and that it's a good experience for you!
Good news: LO slept in the pnp for the first time last night. It was just as good of a night as it is when we cosleep.
Bad news: I couldn't believe it and so I didn't sleep either because I just knew he was going to wake up. Sigh. Hopefully tonight will be just as smooth, and maybe I will actually doze off this time.
Bad news: I'm feeling really, really low today for a number of reasons. One of which is that our BF seems to be regressing. He was getting better and better at transferring milk but has had a major regression this week and is not getting as much which is effecting my supply (despite my pumping).
Good news: He seems to be responding to the meds I'm giving him for reflux. Haven't perfected the dosage yet but at least he's not screaming in agony the entire day. That was horrifying.
Good news: Baby girl has been sleeping 6 to 7 hour stretches at night for the past couple nights! I've been waking up completely engorged , but I will take it! She is seriously the easiest baby , I am extremely lucky.
Bad news : My husband has been OOT for work since may 13th , so we are all missing him very very badly, the even worse part? He still has a month to go.. We haven't been able to have sex since before DD2 was born in April and I'm about to lose my mind !!
Bad news: M's belly button is infected. They put her on antibiotics, oral and topical. Labs came back three days later and the bacteria causing the infection is resistant to the meds. New round of antibiotics, oral and topical and the first warning on the meds is "Not to be used in children under two months." After consults with my peds, CHOP peds and an infectious disease doctor, this is the best option. If no improvement by Friday, she'll need IV meds.
Good news: She takes the oral meds like a champ and has not cried once when the doctors or we have had to poke and prod her belly button. So it is not causing her pain and her eating, sleeping and sweet sweet demeanor have all remained.
Bad news: my bad news seems to be the most common today. Up all night with a fussy spitty screaming baby..
Good news? Chiropractor snap crackle popped my whole back and it feels fabulous
Now if only LO would sleep long enough for me to.get a nap....

Re: bad news, good news
good news: because LO got me up, I could pump super early, which I am usually too lazy to get up to do. got lots out! good start, if earlier than desired.
Good news: she snuggles extra close when she's upset and makes cooing noises into my chest.
I will have to remember this when she is an obnoxious teenager.

Good news: LO has become more smiley usually on changing table or pooping.

Same here! He will cry for DH. And only stops if I hold him. But when he snuggles so close and stops crying and slows his breathing is so sweet.
Good news: I get to get away for a bit tonight to see my students graduate. Can't wait to see them.
Bad news: I'm anxious about leaving baby. He'll be fine with my MIL but I don't like leaving him. Lol

Good news, she looks so cute sleeping right now.
Bad News: LO hasn't been cuddling with us as much lately (that is my favorite thing to do with her)
Good News: LO is up much more during the day now and she's REALLY alert when she's awake...and smiles so much!
Bad news: when DH gets up with him at night he falls asleep and they sleep in the recliner for hours before I realize he never put him back in his bed. Now he is starting to want to sleep in my arms all day long. Both good and bad.
Good news, I got a 4 hour straight stretch of sleep! Thank you baby girl! Momma needed that!
