E and I are sick. We haven't been to the doc yet. But I have a really sore throat and my ears hurt, so I'm assuming she feels the same way. We don't have fevers.
Last night she slept for 12 hours, which she has never done before. She was awake for an hour, and has now been asleep for another hour.
As long as she is waking to eat every 3 hours, should I just let her sleep as much as she wants? What should I look out for?

I'm sorry you are both not feeling well. I would keep an eye out for a fever or rash, call ped for either. Keep her hydrated. I would wake her during the day if she sleeps more than three hours.

Baby girl J arrived two weeks early! Born into water, med-free. Hooray for Team Pink!
TTC #2 - back to the RE, treatment started 12/2014.
If she's sick, I would actually let her sleep longer during the day. Then I would make up the feeding later. For example, if she was supposed to eat at 12 but slept until 1 I would feed her at 1 and again at 3. Watch to make sure she has enough wet diapers but she needs her rest too. Poor little thing. I hope she feels better soon!
Unexplained Infertility
After two Clomid cycles, three injectable IUI cycles, two IVFs, two miscarriages, and one lap surgery, IVF #2 has brought us our little boy!
TTC #2 After months of being postponed or cancelled, FET #1.3 (Natural FET) brought us twin girls!
Thanks. She has pretty much slept all day. She has been up for maybe 5 hours total today. When she's awake she's fussy but doesn't seem too bad. Hopefully the sleep is helping.

I'd let her sleep. Maybe even try sneaking a dream feed into a nap if you're worried about getting enough fluids. I did that to McNugget last weekend when he started getting sick. He took an epic nap 4 1/2 hours with a nursing session in the middle.
