  • I am still trying to decide if it's worth it or not.  I go to a holistic health center. She basically rubs on my abdomen for 20 minutes to get blood flowing.  She could tell from my high arches that I had a retroverted uterus.  She can also tell which side I am going to ovulate on from when she does reflexology on my feet. Lastly she had me keep a food diary and tells me what I should be eating to enhance my fertility.

I've only been twice now...we shall see!
