My LO's soft spot

My son will be 1 month on Thursday. :
But his soft spot looks low.
Anything I would do to get it back up or should I not worry?
HELP!!

    Like low as indebted? Or low towards his eyes? If its indented its a sign of dehydration as I was told by the nurse who discharged us.

    Yea indebted. What should I do? He has more then 6 wet diapers in 24hr period.
    Any suggestions?

    Make sure he is eating well around the clock every 23 hours and make sure they aren't too hot.

    I would call the pedi if you are concerned.

    I was told to keep an eye on that as a sign of dehydration as well. I would call your pedi, and in the meantime, if you BF, make sure YOU are getting enough fluid, and start taking notes on feedings and wet diapers if you don't already.
