  • I earned myself a whopping 12 APs yesterday when I went on 3 walks and worked in my garden.

  • I need to change my goals again... I'm not meeting them and not coming close. The only one I'm going to change is the workout one. Can you please change that to a water goal again? I'm slacking on my water. My walk goal is going to be a walk or run goal since I just got my jogging stroller!

    I decided to start WW based on all of the positive responses yesterday.  I think I'm going to aim for 20 activity points/week.  Winter, do you mind adding that to my goals?  Also, do you use your extra points for food, or do you just use them as a goal and stick to your allotted points for the day/week?
