What is your favorite thing about motherhood so far?
The way DD looks at me.
What do you find to be the most challenging part of motherhood so far?
Tie between having to get up so much in the middle of the night and trying to keep up with caring for DD and pumping while DH is at work.

Right now, I'm doing half and half, but trying to get my supply up so that she will be EBF.
Favorite baby product you're currently using:
Diapers with the color coded wetness indicator.
Staying home or going back to work? If going back, when?
Going back because I can't afford not to, return date will be 8/26.
Most looking forward to:

What is your favorite thing about motherhood so far?
The feeling I get when I look at him when he's sleeping peacefully, and the feeling I have for H now that he's a father. It's a game changer.
What do you find to be the most challenging part of motherhood so far?
The anxiety about his safety and well being, and feeling like I'm awful at this.
BF, FF, or combination?
BF now that he's back to birth weight.
Favorite baby product you're currently using:
The babybjorn bouncer that I put him in so I can shower and keep my eye on him.
Staying home or going back to work? If going back, when?
Staying home for now. Considering part time later.
Most looking forward to:
Real smiles and laughs. Seeing him happy.
Most dreading:
Any emergency, especially if I'm alone.

What is your favorite thing about motherhood so far?
When he smiles at the sound of my voice. And rocking him to sleep.
What do you find to be the most challenging part of motherhood so far?
When he doesn't want to sleep at 4 am and I can't keep my eyes open. And when he's fussy and I can't help.

What is your favorite thing about motherhood so far?
The sleeping baby snuggles, and seeing DS love on his new sister.
What do you find to be the most challenging part of motherhood so far?
Night feeds. Up with DS super early, so not a lot of sleep happening here.

Both, but mostly Formula
Favorite baby product you're currently using:

Staying home or going back to work? If going back, when?
Going back after a year, part time.
Most looking forward to:
LO responding/reacting to DS.
Most dreading:
Still adjusting to taking care of both of them solo. I can't imagine when there is serious illness happening.
Your delivery, CS or vaginal: Vaginal
How old is LO or LO's in the case of multiples? Almost two weeks
What is your favorite thing about motherhood so far? Everything, I already have two sons who are in their teens and I love watching them with their new sister. I love the everyday stuff, just caring for baby.
What do you find to be the most challenging part of motherhood so far? It can be difficult to get everything done while nursing almost constantly.
BF, FF, or combination? I breastfeed only.
Favorite baby product you're currently using:
Can't think of anything.
Staying home or going back to work? If going back, when?
Probably going back but I have a while to decide. I would go back the end of next May, just over a year after she was born.
Most looking forward to:
I can not think of just one thing, I am trying to enjoy every minute to the fullest.
Most dreading:
Illness but also seeing her in any sort of paini can't even stand to see her get a blood test.

Lack of sleep and lack of appetite.

Seeing his facial features start to develop.

Watching him grow and react to the world. Its amazing.
What do you find to be the most challenging part of motherhood so far?
Breastfeeding..... and also just questioning whether I'm doing everything "right"

What do you find to be the most challenging part of motherhood so far?
Tie between having to get up so much in the middle of the night and not being neurotic about every little thing I'm failing with the last one btw

Supplemented w formula for about 4 days but ebf ever since

Going back because I can't afford not to, return date July 29 I'm actually going back early. Ill be using the remainder of my time off 2 days a week so that I only work 3 days per week through end of the year. Also, I work from home and my mom will watch DS so ill still be able to bf most of the time... And he will be close by! I'm still dreading it though.
Most looking forward to:
DS being able to interact with us and hearing him say mama for the first time
Most dreading:
Going back to work and the plethora of broken bones my husband says are in our future with a DS

Well, this is my 3rd but I love how my oldest is with both of his brothers.
Having 2 kids under the age of 1 and 1 of them almost to the walking stage. I probably only get 2-3 hours of sleep a day because when Alexander naps during the day James is awake and vice versa. Alexander is still cluster feeding at night so try to sleep between but sometimes 20 min of slep is worse than none at all it seems.

Right now because Alexander only sleeps in my arms I will have to say a baby sling. If it wasn't for it I wouldnt be able to get anything done.
As of right now Im staying home.
My irish twins interacting and playing with each other. James is not fond of his little brother at this time.
Actuallly the same thing Im looking forward to. I know they will team up and go at their older siblings. While Im sure it will be funny I know there will be many fights because of it because the older 2 will be teens or close to it by the time that happens.

What is your favorite thing about motherhood so far? I love everything about my little man! I think my favorite thing about motherhood so far though is how much closer together it's brought my sister and I
What do you find to be the most challenging part of motherhood so far? Breastfeeding has been very challenging for me so far, which has been a major contributing factor to my reluctance to get out of the house with my little man

Staying home or going back to work? If going back, when? Going back since DH and I can't afford our bills on only one income; going back Aug. 19
Most looking forward to? Giggles

This! The way DD looks at me, I feel like every time she sees me I'm her favorite person. And seeing DH with her, our love had grown so much.
What do you find to be the most challenging part of motherhood so far?
Getting up in the middle of the night, less sleep has taken its toll.

Balancing life and motherhood. I feel like i haven't done anything since she got here.

What do you find to be the most challenging part of motherhood so far? DS was born with multiple health issues, so the constant going to the doctor is tough
BF, FF, or combination? Combo. Pumping, and mixing 2 oz of BM with 1 oz of formula

What do you find to be the most challenging part of motherhood so far? Being able to enjoy my new LO while still being a good mom to my middle-schooler and high-schooler.

What is your favorite thing about motherhood so far? Her adorable wake up faces and the way DH is in awe of what I did during labour and what I am capable of now.
What do you find to be the most challenging part of motherhood so far?
Admitting I need help and asking for it. Realizing I can't take care of my dog like I used to.

BF and we just started introducing a bottle!!! Yay I see some freedom on the horizon!!
Favorite baby product you're currently using: babybjorn and this awesome organic diaper rash ointment unfortunately I forget the brand.
Staying home or going back to work? If going back, when? Yay for 1 year of mat leave in Canada!!!! Though I do miss work a little.
Most looking forward to:
Mommy play dates with my friends and her first swimming experience.
Most dreading:
Transitioning to a crib, growth spurts and teething. Oh and going to visit my inlaws in Australia....14 hr flight!!!!!

What do you find to be the most challenging part of motherhood so far? Those moments when I can't soothe him.
BF, FF, or combination? Combination, we have free stuff so he gets formula when we're on the go for now.
Favorite baby product you're currently using: Fisher Price Rock and Play Sleeper - keeps him at the perfect height right next to our bed, but it's super mobile and lightweight.
Staying home or going back to work? Staying home, praise the Lord!

What is your favorite thing about motherhood so far? Holding our daughter and watching her smile
What do you find to be the most challenging part of motherhood so far? Sleepless nights and breastfeeding
BF, FF, or combination? Combination. I've been trying like hell to get my milk supply up, but nothing is working. I'm getting 1 oz. every 3 hrs.
Favorite baby product you're currently using: Her swing has been a life saver many nights
Staying home or going back to work? If going back, when? Going back, my start date is June 30th.
Most looking forward to: Being able to take her places like the park and the zoo and her actually caring what's going on.
Most dreading: Her getting sick.

What is your favorite thing about motherhood so far? Seeing my husband with him, it's made my marriage better than I ever could have imagined.
What do you find to be the most challenging part of motherhood so far? The hormonal shifts and feeling completely crazy

What is your favorite thing about motherhood so far?
My time with him in the early am right before MH gets home from work. It's right after a feed that's where we have our deep conversations
What do you find to be the most challenging part of motherhood so far?
BF lack of support for it from my inlaws. They've definitely made it a little harder.
BF, FF, or combination?
Currently ebf, but it's coming up on time to intro a bottle. I'm not comfortable with my pump yet, so I'm sure it'll get filled with some formula.

Going back end of July. It's up in the air if it'll be back to full or drop to part time

Him being older a little less intimidating..

How old is LO or LO's in the case of multiples? 15 days old
What is your favorite thing about motherhood so far?
The sound T makes when he is eating. I love that I can provide for him (BFing with DD was a very hard experience so I cherish the ease of it this time)
What do you find to be the most challenging part of motherhood so far?
Figuring out how to balance time with a toddler and newborn. It's especially hard when it's bedtime for DD.

BFing but that comes from a lot of pumping too as I am still healing.

Diapers with the color coded wetness indicator...ooo ditto to this! And I also love my Aiden and Anais blankets.

Staying home, already was with DD
Most looking forward to:
DS being able to play with DD. I can't wait to see the sibling love!
Most dreading:
First flu. I can't even imagine how it will be with two and the flu. :::shudders:::

5 weeks yesterday
What is your favorite thing about motherhood so far?
Snuggling with S when she's about to fall asleep
What do you find to be the most challenging part of motherhood so far?
The long process of feeding, supplementing then pumping in order to get my supply up. It takes almost an hour and a half each time so between that and her being more awake now, I don't have time to do much of anything other than feed her and sneak a bathroom break in or a snack.

Snugabunny. It's so nice to have a place to put her down into other than her crib

S to interact with us more. She's not too interested in things just yet.

Her getting sick.

How old is LO or LO's in the case of multiples? 6 weeks
What is your favorite thing about motherhood so far? Watching my two girls together
What do you find to be the most challenging part of motherhood so far? Keeping up with both kids combined with the lack of sleep

Favorite baby product you're currently using: Right this second? The swing keeping her asleep so I can rest while DD1 is at swim class with DH.
Staying home or going back to work? If going back, when? Going back 7/15, DH is a SAHD.
Most looking forward to: DD2 being old enough to play with DD1.

What is your favorite thing about motherhood so far?
Watching all the changes he is making and watching my DH in the father role
What do you find to be the most challenging part of motherhood so far?
EBF with DH working, because i don't want to wake him over night to help so i feel like everything in on me all night and all day while he is at work

What is your favorite thing about motherhood so far?
I love everything about being a mom! It's the best feeling knowing you have these LOs to take care of and that they need you and love you.
What do you find to be the most challenging part of motherhood so far?
Making sure I have enough energy and time for both. Just got through a day of cluster feeding, that was tough!
BF, FF, or combination?
BF! It's been amazing. DS1 was a preemie so had to be supplemented from the getgo, then developed an allergy and preferred the formula.. It was a mess! Really glad BFing is going well this time!

Nipple shield!

Been a SAHM since DS1 was born in July 2011. It's the best! Very fortunate to continue to SAH.
Most looking forward to:
I am enjoying every day but it will be fun when DS2 is old enough to play with DS1!
Most dreading:
SIDS scares me.. So whenever the highest risk for that is. I think it's 2 to 4 mos.

June 2012 - TTC #2! -- 10/05/12 BFP -- 5/23/13 DS2 born at 37w1d! Yay full term!
Surprise BFP 6/25/14 LO#3 due Feb2015!
