how often does your baby eat

I swear have amnesia from DD's 1st 3 months of life. DS eats every 1 1/22 hrs. I EBF. I'm starting to get worried for when I go back to work. I pumped with DD 2x a day at work because she was eating every 3 3 1/2 hrs at 3 months. I can't pump as often as DS is currently eating. I still have 6 weeks until I return to work. How often is your baby eating?

DD eats every 2 hours during the day and 4-5 hours at night. i pump in the morning if i pump at all.

DS eats anywhere from every 1 to 3 hours during the day. It's totally inconsistent but we nurse on demand. At night it's more like 3 to 4 hours, but we have had the occasional 5 hour stretch.

Try not to stress too much, I know it seems like it's right around the corner, but 6 weeks is a long time in "baby years" and so much changes so quickly. My guy didn't space out feedings until he was a little over 4 months.

My DD is 10 weeks adjusted (she was 6 weeks premature). During the early morning she eats every 3 hours. As the day progresses, she eats every 2 hours until she starts to eat every hour and a half later at night. Don't know why, but its her pattern. I feed on demand. I tred getting her on the three hour schedule , and it just made her a really cranky baby.
