DD woke up at 3:30am this morning, I couldn't get her back down until 5:30am, she slept until 7:45am. Napped from 9:30am to 11:45am. Then only slept from 1:30pm-2:00pm and 4:00pm-4:30pm. I put her down for what is usually her catnap (fell asleep at 6:25pm) and she is still sleeping at 8pm (she is usually in bed between 8-9pm, 9:30pm at the latest). Would you wake and do the bedtime routine and put her back down? Or just let her sleep and see what happens? The longest she has ever slept has been 10 hours. It is usually more like 8.
I agree and I had a similar situation last night. DS went down at 5:30 for what I thought would be his last cat nap.....he slept through to 2:30 when he woke to eat. I seriously hope this does not become his new bedtime!
