pacifier size

When will you go up a pacifier size? The next size says 6 months and up, but is that changed depending upon the size of your baby? DD is in the 90th percentile and is 4 months old.  She wears size 9-12 month clothes!

So... how do you know when it's time to up the pacifier size?

     Luke started with a NUK0-3 I tried to move up a size because I cant find 0-3 ones anywhere he has ONE and it's a pain when I cant find it. We tried 0-6 and he would not take it he gags. So I think this is one of those things that is different for each baby.

    Luke suddenly hates his pacifier but today at my moms he took the bigger one and loved it. Guess its time for me to go buy some!

    LO1 never moved up a size. She used it until she was 19 months old; she has the Soothie brand.
