How far along are you? How big is baby? 35 weeks today! 35 days to go!

The Big 35/35!!!

The Bump says baby is the size of a coconut:

"Your baby's the size of a coconut!

He's about 17.2 to 18.7 inches. From here on out, he won't get much longer, but he's plumping up. He's now about 4.2 to 5.8 pounds, and he'll put on a pound or more of baby fat before birth."

How are you feeling? Big, slow, tired, and sore. So hard to walk, even. Scary to think about how much worse it's going to get!

Any milestones/appointments this past week? What about this coming week? No appointments this week! Hooray! I'm laughing at myself for being glad that I don't have to schlep to the doctor's office this week. I go next week for the 36 and then the weekly visits start. Eeek!

Any other news? (Does not necessarily have to be baby-related.) I'm washing LO's clothes today, and plan to get the hospital bag ready to go. I still want to go find a few newborn sized items and maybe even a preemie outfit in case she's really small. The clothes I have now are 0-3 months.

32 wks; my andriod app says Lucas is the size of a bok choy; "16.7 inches from head to heal and weighs 4 lbs"

very pregnant and tired, but that's the normal right lol

had a regular check-up last Thursday and doc answered why I have constant pressure really low in my pelvic region; apparently Lucas already has his head buried deep in my pelvis, after the doc felt his head and showed me where it was I started getting nervous, it is early but doc isn't worried so I guess I shouldn't be

can't wait to get out of work and see if the storms did damage to our garden I worked so hard on planting Saturday, fingers crossed all is good there

How far along are you? How big is baby? 34 weeks and Tomas is probably the size of squash.. at least that's what the email said.

How are you feeling? Massively uncomfortable and angry at my crotch for hurting. =(

I have a prenatal appointment in 1hr.

My husband and I took our daughter to the zoo to ride the train and then hit the local amusement park to end the day. She had a blast. Our little sassy pants was rockin her blue tutu and hello kitty gear. I would post a picture but I still don't know how. Still can't believe she will be three in September and that I am pregnant again.

Cheers to us for making it this far and geez I only have 6ish more weeks till I meet the warrior inside

33 weeks- durian fruit... (also, what in the world is a durian fruit??)

How are you feeling?

SO tired. I didn't sleep much last night thanks to heartburn/acid reflux and DH snoring... When I finally did fall asleep, I slept through my alarms! So, I stayed home today. Little bit of mild cramping started up again, (the Dr is aware that this has been going on every now and again and told me what to look for in terms of worrisome symptoms, but resting and drinking water is best) so it turns out my body knew I should stay home even though I hadn't planned on it. Relaxing feels great on this cooler rainy day!

Any milestones/appointments this past week? What about this coming week?

Appointment Friday, going to see if I can get a Dr. note to let me get out of work a little earlier than the last day of school. I have like 25 sick days that I will lose since I am not going to return to teaching after LO arrives. Our last day is June 25th but the commute is killing me. I drive a min of 1.5 hours each way but lately it has been closer to 2-3 hours since the only way I can go home is also the main route from Boston to the Cape... sigh. I am a reading specialist so all we have left for the year is testing, so I don't need to worry about letting a class down. Fingers crossed.

DH found my hidden package of Milano's and is a bit upset now. I feel so guilty... but see... he has a wicked sweet tooth and would eat them all and think that we had been sharing them the whole time when the reality is I would have maybe one or two (I tend to savor my treats, spreading out the days I indulge)

Example: He found my stash of jelly beans I had been saving and now all that is left is the blacks and yellows and when I complained, he said he thought that I had been having them all along. Really I had maybe four of that package about a month ago. So.... caught in a catch-22. Hiding things hurts his feelings and makes me feel guilty, but then I know I will have my treats. Sharing means he can't control his sweet tooth and the sharing is not very fair. Arg.

How far along are you? How big is baby? I'm the same as you...35 weeks today! Such an exciting milestone. Haven't had a sono in about 3 weeks so I'm not sure how big baby girl is.

How are you feeling? Surprisingly well...not too many aches and pains. I am just a poofy disaster and this heat in NY isn't helping...BUT I can't really complain. Oh and I find the leaky boobies fascinating...that's my new symptom.

Any milestones/appointments this past week? What about this coming week? I'm up to my weekly appointments so that's exciting...although I don't get another sono for 2 more weeks. I can't wait to see her again!

Any other news? (Does not necessarily have to be baby-related.) My parents are moving to be closer to me...now rather than being an hour away they'll be 10 minutes away. SOOOO excited to have my momma close to help with the baby .. especially when I go back to work!!!!

How far along are you? How big is baby? 36 weeks today! Bump says baby is the size of a honeydew but I am thinking she is bigger as she was already estimated at 5lb6oz at 33 weeks.

How are you feeling? Feeling good except for getting the poops every couple days and having some pretty bad cramping. Nothing timeable yet.

Any milestones/appointments this past week? What about this coming week? 36 week appt tomorrow. Will be good to know whether I have to worry about GBS or not and I'm curious if they are going to check my cervix. Still not sure if I want them to but if they offer my curiosity will probably win out.

Any other news? Does not necessarily have to be babyrelated. Hubby is back in town and we had date day Saturday since we don't have many weekends left before baby arrives.

35 weeks!

How are you feeling?

Feeling pretty good for the most part. A little tired today... My replacement at work started 2 weeks ago and it's weird being here while she is here. I just want to be done working!

Any milestones/appointments this past week? What about this coming week?

Baby is head down according to my appointment last Thursday! We had our child birth class on Saturday which was really informative but also a little scary to think and see what birth is going to be like!

Any other news? (Does not necessarily have to be baby-related.)

Our babys room is FAR from ready for his arrival and I'm real stressed about it. We ordered his furniture in March and it still has not arriveed. I'm calling again today and trying to figure out what is taking so long. I feel like once we get that and can put everything in order I will feel much more prepared to bring him into this world!

I'm 35 weeks too

How are you feeling?

Feeling prety uncomfortable these days, lots of back pain and ligament pain. Also having lots of contractions/cramps that feel like menstrual cramps and radiate down into my thighs.

Any milestones/appointments this past week? What about this coming week?

Have a dr appt Wednesday, not sure if cervical checks will begin this week or next, but I'm a little scared of those.

Been getting lots of stuff done for her nursery, and I love it!

How far along are you? How big is baby? 32 weeks, had a growth scan today and she was almost at the 4 pound mark.....

How are you feeling? Feeling ok except for painful crotch area...it seriously feels like someone is stabbing my female parts when I stand up or switch positions in bed. Annoying!!!

Any milestones/appointments this past week? What about this coming week? Had growth scan today to make sure my placenta is working properly, I have a abnormal cord insertion so I will have another scan at 36 weeks. She said it all looked fine today though. I go to my 32 week apt with my ob tomorrow so hope to go over the details of the delivery and get some questions answered. I plan to be induced at 39 weeks to monitor the cord and have a very controlled delivery. Really anxious about it all.

Any other news? Not really. Going out with girlfriends Wed night so that will be fun!!

How far along are you? How big is baby?
33 weeks! Can't believe that I can officially say that it is down to the single digit week countdown even if he's late. A pineapple according to some, a durian according to TB. You think they could pick a more...inviting fruit or veggie to have shoved in your uterus but oh well.

How are you feeling?
Fat, overheated, and definitely have some body aches. I'm starting to get painful contractions on a weekly/bi-weekly basis but it's generally only one long one so can't complain.

Any milestones/appointments this past week?
No real milestones that I can think of, really. Saw my MW last Friday and she said that Noah is measuring right on time for his due date and that he seems nice and healthy!

Any other news?
Had my first baby shower last Saturday! It's kind of an awkward time for most of the people invited (basically just family invited) so not too many people showed up but it was fun and relaxing My SIL and brother hosted it so it was co-ed and they did a onsie decorating game, little quizzes about myself and daddy, and a couple other little fun games. They also had people bring books instead of cards which was awesome! We were blessed to be gifted the car seat and the stroller we registered for along with a diaper bag. My BIL and his wife got us basically everything we would need for baby grooming and the baby medicine cabinet! It was so neat and (to be fair), I wasn't surprised because she is an ER nurse.
