We cannot decide on a name!! DHs list is Emma and Jessica, my list is Eleanor and Ruby, our "maybe" list is Nora and Molly. Big sister is Josephine nn Josie. Mn probably Mae. Any suggestions?? I want a name that is still traditional but not overused...many of the reasons I like DD1s name. DH says this baby has "spunk" and is a "spitfire" and wants a name to match. thanks!!

Im a Jessica that goes by Jess unofficially. Ive never loved my name. A June12 mom has a baby Jessica and I love it on her baby. I think it's adorable.
Exactly! I also think Molly fits too, but not a fan of it with Mae.

I like Eleanor Mae, nn Ellie. Ellie and Josie sounds really cute as a sibset!

Ruby and Emma are my favorites. If you want to lean more traditional, I would go with Emma. I would pick Ruby if you want to be more modern.

Emma isn't spunky at all to me.
I vote Ruby Mae, which is very spunky and suits Josephine perfect.

Emma and Jessica do not say "spunk" or "spitfire" to me... I really don't like Jessica at all, seems overused and boring. Emma is cute but it's more of a pretty, cutesy name than it is spunky. Eleanor also seems pretty, not spunky.
Ruby Mae is my brand new little cousin's name! I really like it and it's spunky. I also loooove Nora and Molly, they're both on my list! I'd vote Nora Mae as my number one choice, then Ruby, then Molly.

I'm sure she wouldn't be asking for help if there was 1 name they agreed on already. I feel like I'm pointing out the obvious here, but sometimes it is hard to find names you both like.
OP, I love Emma and Eleanor best. I like that you can do Eleanor nn Nora and use one of the names you both like. But Ruby is more spunky than Emma and Eleanor, I think, and is also a nice choice.
